Carom is a board game played
by 2 or 4 players against each other. The principles of carom
are very similar to pool, snooker or billiards (without the
cues). The objective of carrom is to pot all your carom pieces
before your opponent, using skill, determination and a little
bit of luck.
Carom itself in various forms
originates from Asia and carom is played all over the world.
This game has many names including (Indian billiards, carrum,
carom, karum, or karrum). The carom board and carom pieces
are usually made from wood although acrylic strikers and pieces
are often used as well.
Carom is becoming more and
more popular and there are now carom competitions and
tournaments with Big Cash Prizes and carrom clubs where you
can meet other players and socialise.
If you are looking for a fun
